This policy tells you what personal data Flexitech collects, why we use it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do with it.
In short, this website does not set cookies, and it has no forms or user accounts. We have not added analytics, advertising or tracking tools to it. Apart from the server logs described in section 3, we receive your personal details only when you contact us or work with us. We do not sell personal data.
1. Who we are
Flexitech LLC is a limited liability company organised in the State of Wyoming, USA. It trades as "Flexitech". In this policy, "Flexitech", "we", "us" and "our" mean Flexitech LLC.
Flexitech LLC is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Our contact details are in section 14.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers:
- visits to this website
- emails, calls and messages you send us
- personal data we handle while we quote for, deliver, support and invoice work for our clients
When we build or run a system for your company, your company decides what personal data that system holds and what it is used for. Section 5 explains how we handle that data.
This policy does not cover the websites, apps or portals we build for clients. Each client is responsible for the privacy policy of its own system.
3. What this website collects
Server logs. This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When your browser loads a page, the hosting server receives your IP address, the page you asked for, the date and time, and details about your browser. The hosting provider may keep these details in its server logs. If we look at these logs, it is only to fix a problem with the website or to keep it secure.
Fonts and a script from other services. Our pages use fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser downloads them from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. The home page also uses Typed.js, a small script that animates one line of the headline. Your browser downloads it from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net), a public service that delivers open-source code.
To send these files, Google and jsDelivr receive your IP address, the address of the website that asked for them and basic details about your browser, such as its type and language. We do not receive this information, and we do not control how Google or jsDelivr use it. Their own privacy policies apply.
The "Pause animation" setting. The home page has a "Pause animation" button that stops the moving headline. If you press it, your browser saves one setting on your device, named flexitech-headline-paused, so the headline stays paused on your next visit. This is the only thing this website stores in your browser. It is not a cookie, and it is never sent to us. Pressing "Play animation" removes it. You can also remove it by clearing this website's data in your browser settings.
Phone link. Tapping our phone number opens your device's own phone app. The website does not record that you did this.
4. Information you send us
When you email us, call us or send a message to our phone number, we receive the details you choose to share. These usually include:
- your name and job title
- your company's name
- your email address and phone number
- what your business does, the problem you want solved, the systems you use, and any deadline or budget range
- notes we make during calls with you
If you become a client, we also keep the details we need to invoice you and receive payment. These include your billing name and address, and the name and bank details that appear on the bank transfers you send us.
Please do not send sensitive details, such as passwords, health information or customer records, before we have signed a non-disclosure agreement with you.
5. Your company's data during a project
During a project we may need access to your company's data, such as customer lists, orders or staff accounts. This can include personal data about your customers or staff. It remains your company's data, and we handle it as follows:
- We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share sensitive details.
- We use your data only to do the work in your agreement with us.
- Only the people on your project can access your data.
- We return or delete it when the work ends.
Your agreement and the non-disclosure agreement set out the details. If either of them says something different from this policy about your company's data, that document applies.
Domains, hosting and app store accounts are set up in your company's name. The providers of those services, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Apple and Google Play, deal with your company directly under their own terms and privacy policies.
After the work ends, we keep our own business records about it, such as quotes, agreements, invoices and the emails about them. Section 8 says how long.
6. How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- reply to your enquiry and arrange a call
- prepare a written quote and agreement
- deliver, support and maintain the work you hire us for
- send invoices, receive payments and keep accounting records
- meet our legal and accounting duties
- keep this website and our own systems working and secure
- deal with disputes or legal claims
We do not use your details for advertising. If we want to use them for something not listed here, such as a newsletter, we will ask you first. If you give consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Some data protection laws require a legal reason for using personal data. If such a law applies to you, we rely on one of these reasons:
- taking steps you ask for before an agreement is signed
- carrying out our agreement with you or your company
- meeting our legal duties
- our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes in section 6, and longer only where the law requires it.
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: add period after our last contact.
- Quotes, agreements, invoices and the emails about them: add period, or as long as accounting and tax law requires.

- Server logs: as set by our hosting provider, add period.
- The "Pause animation" setting: on your device until you press "Play animation" or clear this website's data.
9. How we protect it

We cannot guarantee that data is completely secure when it is sent or stored. If a security problem affects your personal data, we will tell you where the law requires us to.
10. International transfers

add how international transfers are protected, if the law that applies requires it
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, the law may give you rights over your personal data. These can include the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your data

If your personal data is in a system we build or run for one of our clients, please send your request to that client. We will help them answer it.
You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live: add regulator to name, if any. If you can, please give us the chance to deal with your complaint first.
This policy does not limit any rights the law gives you.
12. Children
This website and our services are for businesses and organisations. They are not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, our providers or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
